I’m a mentor, advisor, and sports enthusiast. I have been with Finman since its inception morphing now into being one of the two most experienced guiding lights in our management team, and a confident person for our business community to seek assistance from. Our team is one of vibrancy, fun, full of different ages, and a team that I will forever gain pleasure from witnessing their growth within our community and as individuals. It truly is a ‘business family’.

I’m a passionate systems expert, business builder, an advisor, and a mentor all rolled into one. I’m also a keen gardener, a long beach local, and love a good sunset from Paekakariki with a glass of wine. I have been a part of the Finman journey for 32 years from small beginnings. I love interacting with my clients to show them all the positive aspects of their business and help them build a work-life balance. I have also optimised Finman’s systems to achieve the best results for us and I am passionate about sharing this knowledge with our clients.

ASSOCIATE
I’m a client advisor, problem solver and tax specialist. I’ve always really enjoyed assisting my clients to see where their business has been and where it can go in the future. What we offer is so diverse, from tax returns, forecasts and cashflows, to looking at new business opportunities for our clients and setting goals for the future. I also love watching my sons football games, playing tennis, and spending time with family and friends.

I’m a team player, doer, problem solver, and family person. You’ll find me on the sports fields cheering my kids on, or going for walks and catching up with friends. I’ve been with the Finman family for almost 5 years, and just love working with a team who have similar outlook to life – all very family orientated, a great sense of humour and we’re all passionate about working together to reach common goals.

I’m a problem solver, future-proofer, and advisor for clients. I joined Finman 5 years ago, and the role has since moved into a passion. Love the place, the people I work with, and the clients I get to help and see grow. Every day brings new challenges and experiences. I’m also passionate about music, and you’ll find me playing the drums whenever I can.

I’m an engaging advisor, team motivator, and accountant with personality. I understand our clients’ needs and give them trustworthy advice to help them reach their business and personal objectives in life. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me walking the family dog along the beach on a summers day, or cooking alongside my husband entertaining our family and friends.

COMPANY ADMINISTRATOR
I’m an organiser, and an admin guru. I love working local with local people, and with a supportive and motivating team who have your back when you need them. Not to mention the laughs – and plenty of them! When I’m not running our projects full circle, you’ll find me with family and friends catching up over a coffee or wine, or enjoying walks in front of our beautiful Kapiti Island.

ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN
I’m a supporter to our lead accountants, a data entry wiz, and an accounts groundwork pro. I’m new to Finman and have been wowed by how much the Finman crew love their clients. They go above and beyond for them, seeing them as individual people rather than a business number. I’m also really good at baking, starting new crafts I don’t end up finishing and being a self-proclaimed “cruiseling” (I love cruise ship holidays!).

I’m an organiser, multitasker, and passionate traveller. I love exploring New Zealand in our Campervan with our two Boarder Terriers, cooking, and entertaining family and friends. I’ve been a part of the Finman family for 8 years, and during this time have enjoyed seeing so many local businesses grow and expand. We have a great crew at the office, and we all like to see our clients achieve their business and lifestyle goals.

I’m a real all-rounder, not only within our team, but in sport. I love netball, touch rugby, adventure races, tough guy and gal challenges, and women’s triathlons. Our Finman team are a great bunch of people! We are passionate about what we do and love helping others whether it’s in the community, or helping our clients achieve greatness.
